| Yes, mortgages are a relatively new concept in Poland replacing the traditional personal bank loan system. There are many banks and building societies providing mortgages for foreign buyers there are also mortgage companies based in the UK specialising in overseas mortgages. : I want to buy what's the next step? |
| Once you have discovered the property you would like to purchase there is a deposit system in place. This is seller specific.
If its a private sale then we negotiate the deposit with the seller in order for them to remove the property from the market.
Depsoits should be between 5 and 10%. If you are buying from a developer 2000 Euros usually secures your property reservation.
If you are buying a historical property there are several deposit systems in place depending on how you will buy; for example an auction. Please contact us for more information or see our "buying procedure page". |
