Once you have purchased your property it is likely that you will require assistance with the management and letting of your home.  Poland-Direct has in place several procedures to facilitate this depending on your requirements.

Long term rentals

We will advertise the property in the local market and obtain tenants at a previously agreed monthly rate.  Poland-Direct will charge the tenant a finders fee equal to one months rent and therefore do not bill the owner for this service.  We will act on behalf of the owners interest and notify accordingly of any matters.

Short Term

We do not have a short term let policy in place at this time.
